Kelly Hogan, MS, RD, CDN is a New York City-based registered dietitian with a deep yet equal love for peanut butter, kale and cake.
Kelly received her undergraduate degree in journalism from Northeastern University and her nutrition education, training and Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Kelly also completed her one-year intensive dietetic internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City prior to starting her career as a registered dietitian.
Kelly worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian at a large New York City hospital before transitioning to an outpatient position with a large focus on women’s health. It was through this position where she began to explore more holistic, integrative nutrition care plans with her patients and noticed a marked difference in their overall health and happiness. She went on to develop a thriving wellness program within the outpatient setting, with patient offerings spanning from yoga and meditation to grocery store tours and cooking classes. Kelly’s desire to offer this type of nutrition and wellness coaching to those beyond her clinic led to the birth of Kelly Hogan Health. She has more than five years of experience working with disordered eating and sports nutrition clients, as well as those with various chronic diseases and those with a desire to make a positive change to their eating habits.
When she’s not talking or reading all things nutrition, you can find Kelly running in Central Park, cooking up a new recipe or playing with her rescue dog, Peanut.
