Kelly Hogan Health, created by registered dietitian Kelly Hogan, MS, RD, is rooted in a unique, holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. Kelly utilizes the latest evidence-based research and years of experience combined with her gentle counseling style to develop individualized wellness plans for each client. She recognizes the complexity of individual relationships with food, and has a deep understanding on how these can be nurtured throughout her coaching practice. Kelly uses a non-diet approach with her clients, and chooses to focus on adding foods to the diet, as opposed to taking them away.
