Kelly utilizes the latest evidence-based research and years of experience combined with her gentle counseling style to develop individualized nutrition plans for her passions: runners, women's health, and women looking to improve their relationship with food. She has a deep understanding on how relationship to food can be nurtured throughout her clients lives and support their health and wellness goals. Kelly uses a non-diet approach, and her goal for all clients is to help them feel nourished, strong, and empowered.
